Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the creator-operated ChunMun Gali Automation system handles Google and YouTube account information and related publishing records.
At a glance. This is a private, owner-operated tool for publishing the creator's own ChunMun Gali videos. It does not provide public account registration, sell Google user data, use Google user data for advertising, or collect viewer profiles.
1. Who operates the application
ChunMun Gali Automation ("we", "our", or "the application") is an owner-operated content-publishing workflow for the ChunMun Gali channel. Privacy inquiries may be sent to dev.nitin63@gmail.com.
This public website describes the tool. It is not a place to sign in to Google or submit videos.
2. Information the application accesses
With the explicit authorization of the Google account that manages the YouTube channel, the application requests the YouTube upload and YouTube force-SSL OAuth scopes. Those permissions are used to support video uploads and management of channel publishing assets, including captions.
Depending on the action performed, the application may handle the authorized channel identity, video and upload identifiers, video titles and descriptions, scheduled publish times, thumbnails, captions, upload status and publishing receipts. The permissions granted by Google may be broader than the actions this tool ordinarily performs.
We also process creator-supplied videos, narration and review decisions. The application does not intentionally collect personal information about viewers or children.
3. Why the application uses this information
- Authenticate the channel owner and verify required permissions.
- Upload creator-approved videos to YouTube and set their intended scheduling and Made for Kids settings.
- Attach creator-provided thumbnails and Hindi captions to an approved video.
- Check the result of a publishing action and maintain records to help prevent duplicate uploads.
- Send operational status and review notifications to the creator.
We use information received from Google APIs only to provide these user-facing publishing functions. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not use Google user data to create advertising profiles, for targeted advertising, or to train generalized AI models.
4. Storage, security, and service providers
Authorization tokens are used by the application's restricted publishing workflow and are stored as protected secrets in the project's automation environment, not as public website content. Publishing metadata and idempotency or audit records may be stored in the project's private GitHub repository and Cloudflare infrastructure. Videos and supporting files may be held temporarily as private workflow artifacts. Private review and publication receipts may be transmitted through Telegram and, if configured, email.
We use service providers such as Google/YouTube, GitHub, Cloudflare and Telegram where needed to run the described workflow. These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy practices. We do not sell or disclose Google user data to data brokers or advertisers.
We take reasonable steps to limit access to credentials, prevent credentials from appearing in public logs, and restrict publishing to explicitly approved content. No online system is completely risk-free.
5. Retention, deletion, and authorization withdrawal
Google OAuth credentials are retained only as needed to operate the authorized publishing workflow or until the authorization is revoked or replaced. Episode files stored as workflow artifacts are generally configured to expire after 30 days; actual retention can depend on the service and workflow configuration. Publishing records may be retained for operational audit and duplicate-prevention purposes while the project operates.
The authorized account holder can request deletion of stored project-related information by emailing dev.nitin63@gmail.com. We will review and process legitimate deletion requests, subject to information required for security or legal compliance. Removing a locally stored record does not automatically delete a video that has already been published to YouTube.
6. Your choices and controls
The authorized Google account holder can review or revoke application access from Google Account third-party connections. Revoking access prevents further authorized YouTube API actions until the account holder reauthorizes the application. Published videos can be managed separately in YouTube Studio.
This information website does not include a public user-account system or intentional behavioral analytics and does not place its own advertising cookies. Basic web requests may still be processed by the hosting provider for service delivery and security.
7. Children's privacy
ChunMun Gali creates family-friendly, child-oriented animation, but this automation website is intended for its adult channel operator. It does not invite children to register, communicate with the creator, or provide personal information. The publishing tool does not intentionally collect children’s personal data.
8. Contact and policy changes
For privacy, access or data-deletion questions, contact dev.nitin63@gmail.com. We may update this policy as the automation changes. The latest version and revision date will appear on this page.
